The following are the operating hours for the City Office and the Kirwin City Library:
9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday
The library is also open the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Regular City Council meetings are the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m.
Regular Library Board meetings are the third Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m.
We abide by the Kansas Open Meetings Act (KOMA) and the Kansas Open Records Act (KORA).
